Begin with a detailed assessment to evaluate your cardiovascular endurance, core and overall strength, flexibility, and range of motion. We also include an initial weigh-in, body measurements, and a 'before' photo to visually document your progress.
Session 2: Comprehensive Nutrition and Wellness Evaluation
We understand that your journey to making a positive change stems from your unique lifestyle choices and personal goals. As part of the Intro Personal Training Package, you will receive an intake form via email within 24 hours of signing up. This email will be sent from Precision Nutrition, so please keep an eye out for it.
To ensure we make the most of your Nutrition and Wellness Evaluation session, please complete the intake form prior to your session. This will allow us to dive right into the personalized nutrition guide you’ll receive as part of the program.
Receive your Custom Nutrition Guide within 24 hours after you complete your nutrition intake form, tailored to complement your fitness goals and dietary preferences, ensuring you have all the tools for a holistic transformation.

Sessions 3-5: Customized 1-on-1 Personal Training
Enjoy personalized training sessions designed around your specific goals and the insights from your initial assessment. Our expert trainers are dedicated to guiding you through each session, maximizing your results and enjoyment.
Scheduling Note
The time slot you select will be the same for all sessions whenever possible. For example, if you sign up for Monday at 6:00 AM, your appointments will typically follow this pattern on subsequent business days: Monday at 6:00 AM, Wednesday at 6:00 AM, and Friday at 6:00 AM—or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 6:00 AM. This consistency helps you establish habits and routines that support your progress.
