FAQ
Do I need to be an athlete to join?
Absolutely not! While the term "athletic" suggests being strong, fit, and active – traits common to athletes – our programs are designed for individuals at any fitness level. You don't need to be an athlete to start; however, our expert trainers and coaches are dedicated to helping you develop into one by enhancing your physical strength, fitness, and activity levels.
Why do you incorporate the word "sport" in your company name?
Athletic training, traditionally designed to help athletes maximize their potential and minimize injury risks, shouldn't be exclusive to them. We believe in applying these principles to everyone's training because we all strive to improve ourselves in our daily lives, regardless of whether we're on a sports field. Our philosophy is about bringing out the best in every individual, athlete or not.
Do I have to commit to the entire 12 months?
No, there's no need to commit to a full year upfront. Our Jump Start Personal Training Package offers an easy way to experience our training programs. If you choose to continue, you'll be billed monthly with the flexibility to cancel anytime without a cancellation fee, provided you give notice 24-72 hours before your next billing cycle. For more detailed information, please visit the service policies page on our website.
What are you not?
We are not babysitters, dictators, or drill sergeants. Our goal is to hold you accountable and support your fitness journey as a collaborative team effort. Success requires coachable clients and trustworthy coaches. We promise to respect you and guide you without disrespecting or demeaning you, expecting the same respect in return.
When can I expect to see results?
You can expect to see noticeable results within 100 days or less, given that you're consistent with your training and follow our guidance.

Instead, on the days you are not scheduled to meet with a trainer, we will prescribe workouts tailored to your specific goals and the commitment level you've agreed to maintain each week. These personalized workouts will be accessible through our app.
Are nutrition guides and meal plans included in the price or is it sold separately?
Nutrition guides and meal plans are included in the overall price of our service. With the Introductory Personal Training package, you will receive a nutrition guide. Should you choose to continue with us beyond the introductory phase, you will be granted access to a comprehensive meal plan, which can be conveniently accessed within our app.
How much does training cost per month after the Intro phase?
- $1365.40: 12-60 minute sessions a month 3 sessions a week.
- $928.60: 8-60 minute sessions a month 2 sessions a week.
- $655: 12-30 minute sessions a month 3 sessions a week.
- $455: 8-30 minute sessions a month 2 sessions a week.
What's the difference between 30 minute and 60 minute sessions?
Our 60-minute sessions are designed to include 5 minutes of foam rolling at the beginning to prepare your body for the workout, followed by the main exercise routine. To conclude, we dedicate the last 5 minutes to stretching, ensuring a comprehensive session that addresses both your fitness needs and recovery.
How do you track clients' progress?
We monitor our clients' progress at the beginning of each new month, starting with a detailed assessment to re-evaluate cardiovascular endurance, core strength, overall muscular strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Our goal is to identify signs of improvement beyond the readings on a scale. Additionally, we include weigh-ins, body measurements, and progress photos to visually document your journey and achievements.
